For almost six years I worked as a photojournalist, developing materials for the publishing house Ringier Axel Springer Poland and three years as head of photography department of Poznan’s branch of "Fakt" Daily. During this time, not only have I perfected my photography workshop but I was able to gain skills in leading a team of photographers and to work under tremendous time pressure. As head of the photo department also was responsible for acquiring images from other sources as well as license management, guarding the rights of copyright and recruitment of photographers.
My work has been recognized and was sent as a war correspondent to Afghanistan in 2013. Photos from this assignment have already been recognized in contests. Mission in Afghanistan allowed me to further develop my skills and gain new perspectives. Because I am a trustworthy person, reliable, and I maintain high standards of journalistic work, I had the opportunity to access sites not normally available to journalists and I received “Man in the area” certificate from Polish and US generals in command. I have certificate of undergoing training for war correspondents from Polish Ministry of National Defense.
